5I was skeptical about most of these flavours (especially orange and pineapple!) but was pleasantly surprised, the only flavour I really don't like is chocolate- they can't have even tried to make that taste remotely like chocolate haha. Coconut, cherry and the orange& pineapple even with the 200ml of water have a different consistency to the others almost smoothie like which does feel less filling but still tasty. The others are very thick mousse like texture which are scrummy. Haven't had them long enough to see if they make a difference and with work I have meals as well as a couple of shakes as it's too demanding a job to go without proper food! They are filling to an extent but i suppose that's normal with any diet when you're taking in less calories than usual. Would recommend this pack definitely and off groupon it's a bargain!

4 week Shake replacement
5As a busy person with work and the kids I would often skip meals through the day, which we all know is not good. I have tried many different diets and always come to a stop. I came across Exantediet on Facebook and decided to follow up what this was all about. So I decided after reading some positive reviews I would give the shakes a go. It's brilliant, fits in great with my work and daily routines and I know I'm having my required vitamins each day. The variety of flavours is brilliant. I haven't come across any that I don't like.

Thick and creamy
4Really lovely selection of flavours, some better than others. The chocolate, cherries & berries and blueberry are my fav; there's no metallic taste with most of these shakes unlike other vlcd ones I've had from LL

5I have used these shakes last year to help shift that final stubborn few pounds so they do work.. After an injury i am training again therefore am back on the shakes...easy to mix and taste good. I would recommend these highly

Taste nice
5I have been using these for 2 weeks now, most days I have 2 shakes and a healthy meal. They taste really nice, and are very filling, I have lost 4lb so far, which I am pleased with.

21lbs in less than 4 weeks
54 week trial pack is a good way to find out what you like and don't. Shakes mix really well and are really nice. Having been on LL before, I just could not stomach their food. These are genuinely palatable. I have a shake for breakfast, bar for lunch (which are not powdery like LL) and hot meal such as Bolognese, Indian Curry or Shepard's Pie for dinner (some times add a dash of Worcester sauce or soy sauce for a change) 21lbs in less than 4 weeks and that's having a few nights off for BBQ & wine - in moderation of course.

4Prompt, next day delivery. A good variety of flavours although a few taste a little "chemically" rather than the fruits they are supposed to represent. All in all a good batch & really help with the weight loss. Our method is to use 400ml (rather than 200) & add 2 scoops of INULIN (dietary fibre) + 1/2 scoop of Xantham gum. Whoosh in a liquidiser rather than a shake bottle & you end with a really good, filling, thick shake.
