Simply horrible. No taste of peanut, horrible, gloopy, gritty texture and a really unpleasant aftertaste, had to find something to take the taste away. Amazed how many positive reviews these bars have as they are really vile. Glad I only bought one to test. Disappointed as love peanut butter.

There's not a lot of peanut butter taste to these bars but they are a nice combination of salty/sweet which gives a bit of variation to the diet. Now one of my favourite products and I would certainly recommend them.

Good way to start the diet. Meals couldn't be more simple as you just eat a bar... meaning you can pop a day at a time in your bag... Just make sure you drink loads of water. If you are out of house alot, I recommend this approach. Enjoy it with a cuppa to feel like you have eaten something hot and it will also help fill you up... all good for the mind.
