Changed bars
1Hi these bars were my favourite until u changed them . I brought about 10 last time and I can't eat them. They are too sweet and they are not crunchy anymore. I use to have a bar for breakfast but it's like eating a lump of sugar.

Why change - they are yukky.
1I alternate these with the choc Orange each morning for my breakfast. The recipes have changed and neither is nice to eat at all. Both too salty, I don't like the shape, the texture is not as chewy ... I could go on and on. Also, my latest order were all just thrown into the box instead of being nicely packed in boxes of 50. Whatever has happened? I fear you will lose many customers as a result of these changes.

Yuk!
1The previous Toffee Nut and Raisin bar was my favourite - sweet, chewy and a bit crunchy. I looked forward to it for my lunch every day! The new recipe is YUKKY! Salty, too hard, and not enough raisins. No sign of toffee at all. I am disgusted that you can change the recipe without warning us. Did you even taste it?! I won't be ordering any more and it has put me off ordering anything again.

Awful!
1The Toffee Nut and Raisin Bar has gone from 5 star to 0 star. It was my favourite product, great taste and consistency. The new one is horrible!

Disgusting!
1Like others I have just replenished my stock of toffee and raisin and chocolate orange bars only to find you have changed the bars. The new recipe is absolutely disgusting. I loved the old bars, they were the cornerstone of my Exante diet and you have now ruined them. The new bars are like chewing sawdust, they have no taste, and are really difficult to get down, why did you change what was a lovely tasty product into these horrible new bars. I will be looking for a new VLCD as these bars are awful. Changing the bars was a very poor decision, you have lost a customer.

Dissapointed
1As previous customer comment, tried my first one today and totally agree , I am so disappointed, I dont ever write reviews , but felt I had to on this !!! These were my favourite too, they were delicious before and a really enjoyed them at breakfast time. why have you changed them along with the chocolate orange bars, which were my also 2nd favourite .. this also made me physically wretch after just a few bites PLEASE PLEASE change them back ..

Why ??
1How can something go from being my favourite to my absolute least favourite ?? These were delicious before and a real boost when struggling. You have recently changed them along with the chocolate orange bars, which were my 2nd favourite .. to something that makes me physically wretch after just a few bites :( I haven't finished one and even the dog declined the offer of a piece. PLEASE PLEASE change them back .. You broke something that didn't need fixing!!!!

3This is a new version of the old one, is smaller and more compact and taste very salty. I preferred the old one which was chunkier and wasn't nearly as salty. I wont be ordering any more of these again.

1I have always loved the toffee nut and raisin bars, why try and fix something that wasn't broken?! Just had one of the new ones (ordered 10) and ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin. Like chewing saw dust!! Very very disappointing ï‘Žï‘Žï‘Žï‘Žï‘Žï‘Ž

Much worse
1Why have you replaced something that was great with this rubbish? Incredibly disappointed. These and the chocolate orange (which have also been changed) were the only products I actually liked, and now you've turned them into something I can no longer eat. If you don't offer the old recipe versions I'm afraid I will stop purchasing your products. What a shame.
