IT WORKS!!!
4I have been trying to lose 9 stubborn pounds that refused to budge. I would lose a few pounds, then put them right back on! I lost 7 pounds in just over a week, and I am very happy. The shakes and meals take a couple of days to get used to. Just persevere and you will see results. Remember to have a plan once you have stopped taking the meal replacement products, otherwise you will pile it all back on! I was never overweight, but just wanted to go back to my previous weight. Goes to show that it can work for those who just want to lose a few pounds

Good chance to try lots of flavours!
5I selected this pack as I didn't have a clue which flavours I would like and I knew this would give me a broad range. It was also important to me to have bars as well as shakes for times when I didn't want to carry around a shaker etc, for example when rushing between my daughters swimming and dance classes on Saturdays.... whilst she has a burger i can sit and eat my bar along with a nice ice cold Coke Zero! The shakes are much creamier than other products I've tried and I love the banana shakes in the morning, the chocolate shakes are a nice evening treat! Likewise, I tend to have the cereal type bars in the morning and the thicker ones at lunch or evening meal. Great range of flavours and a perfect way to kick start the diet before you take time to order specific bars, shakes or meals after trying or reading comments in the facebook groups!

Exante bars
1Exante bars are horrible,disgusting they have a metallic bitter after taste I through all my bars away. The cookies are edible and the shakes are ok. I'm disappointed because I am doing total solution but I can't have the bars have you tasted the Cambridge diet bars? You need to taste them and learn from them

Great Product
5I have been using Exante for a while now and it is very manageable supplemented with a healthy diet There are so many flavours to choose from that you dont get bored and they actually do fill you up. I was on the Arbonne plan previously and this is much better value for money and I will be sticking to this plan

Sweet tooth
3So much chocolate based drinks and bars has made this a bit of a struggle. Don't get me wrong once I added more water to the other shakes I was able to really enjoy them and the non chocolate bars are also really good. Such a shame that so much is chocolate flavoured something I really do not like. I will use what I can in the box and then will have to work out a way to get to my next payday to put in another order. I personally will not order this item again but I will be buying other products as the diet is making me feel really healthy again. So over all at a personal level felt I could not rate it as five stars.

Wow easy
5Well what can I say other than this is an easy way to weight loss! I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and already lost half a stone. I never feel hungry after having a shake and the flavours are great. I absolutely love the variety of flavours you get too. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight it's brilliant.

5Really please with what I ordered. Favourite bars are double chocolate, feels like a treat. And love all the shakes all taste lovely. Would definitely order this pack again

Love it, would highly recommend !!!
5Love it !!! I was desperate to lose some weight so was thinking about doing the Cambridge diet as I did it 6 years ago then I came across the Exantediet which is just the same & much cheaper. I've only been on the diet a week today & I'm truly amazed at the results, I've lost 10 pounds which is more than I lost in the first week of the Cambridge. I intend to combine this diet with clean eating. I have already recommended the Exantediet to friends.
