Bars are lovely
4Just received my pack and the majority of the stuff is absolutely lovely. All the bars. Apart from lemon as I hate anything with lemon in. Only one down side. The coconut milkshake tastes absolutely awful, just like chemicals. I had to hold my nose to drink it and I've got 4 left. But you can't please everyone's tastes. Apart from that everything else is lovely

5Thought i would bit the bullet and give exante a go inwas a bit cautious at first as i had tried numerious diets in the past but failed miserably. But then aomething has clicked its working! Love love love this plan i have porridge for breakfast bar or shake for lunch and a 600 cal meal in the evening. The good thing with the plan is i can chop and chnge meals etc depending on how i feel. Some days as the shakes and bars are so filling i just have the 3 per day. Ive been doing it for 2 weeks now and have lost a total of 7 pounds! I love it so easy and also healthy will keep going until i reach go another 2 stone off 1 happy bunny here. Oh and plus the facebook site is fantastic too lots of help there when needed night or day

What a treat
5This isn't the first time I have done this diet but it will be the last. I am loving this diet and practically all the food I have tried so far has been delicious. Buying a four week bars and shakes plan from you, where you selected what was in the order was perfect! Your selection gave me a chance to try almost all your shakes and bars you were currently making. Your choices were so spot on, that after a week, I ordered more and more and I now have over 2 months supply. Not only were your choices perfect but so is your pricing. You are much less expensive than any of the others I have done in the past, and, what's more, I don't have to go to a session with a counsellor that I don't want to go to in the first place. I know I will follow your plan until I get to the weight I want. This time, I will not, as I have previously done, convinced myself in week three that I can do Weight Watchers or Slimming World instead and I can lose weight that way. Because I can't. I know it! They have never worked in the past, no matter how many times I've tried them, and neither will work in the future. I am so not into losing 1/2 a pound a week and starving at the same time. With your eating plan as long as I drink the water, with your flavouring which is helping a lot, I will lose considerably more each week and never feel hungry. The weight I have chosen to stop at might not, necessarily put me in the healthy weight range, but I am not young anymore. However, I will be a lot healthier than I currently am. When I reach that weight I am going to control it by switching to the 5:2 eating plan to keep my weight stable. If I don't do that and go back to my old ways of eating, I know that if I do what I've always done I will get what I've always got - which is FAT again. Finally, I want to thank you because this doesn't feel like a diet at all as your products are so very good and I really look forward to each meal.

Great start to a great diet
5Four week shakes and bars diet pack, delivered day after ordering. Perfect, once I'd decided to start the diet, I didn't want to hang round (and run the risk of changing my mind). The selection of flavours means I can have a different combination each day; I love it. Have used another VLCD many years ago - lost weight, but the shakes and bars (flapjacks) were not a patch on Exante (and the weekly cost was much more). Exante shakes and bars are delicious and filling, in fact, I don't even think about food. The shakes are thick and creamy, even with a bit more water added. The powder mixes easily. Creamy coconut and banana are my two favourite shakes. The bars are great when out - convenient, tasty and satisfying. I feel so well having these meal-replacement products - great sleep, wake up feeling refreshed, no bloated feelings, no mid-afternoon sluggishness, no hunger pangs. And I'm losing weight (7lb in first week, I know some of that is fluid, but it's a good start). I'm so glad to discover Exante.

Fantastic!
4All the shakes are delicious and the hunger goes away after the first couple of days. This is the best diet I've ever tried. I'm not too keen on the bars as they have a salty taste but they do fill you up.

Great
4Shaked are delicious but have a floury taste to some, that went away with extra water though. Bars are nice but found the chocolate ones too chocolatey. Had to buy other meals though because I felt I wanted to try things that resembled actual meals haha! Bars are good for on the go though
