Bunged Up
2I purchased these products after being keen to try them and also having purchased a Groupon Voucher. I have to say the shakes are the tastiest I've ever consumed and really do fill you up but.....and it's a big BUT.... I've never experienced constipation like it! After a lot of suffering and pain and having a visit to the doctor I'm going to have to give the product a wide berth. Do others have the same issue? Keen to hear if there is something that can be taken alongside the shakes/bars to alleviate this issue.

Diet difference
4Stick with this programme and loose pounds really quickly and it's simple! No weighing foods as its already done for you! The shakes are tasty and filling and the bars are delightful! A great idea if you need to eat differently from the family.
