4So, I made my own 6 week diet pack, utilizing one of Exante's 50% off offers. All of my items were for use at work as lunches/breakfasts. Carbonara, Bolognese and Indian style curry are all fantastically tasty meals, highly recommend ! Shephards pie is okay, but tastes strongly of cloves. Sweet and sour noodles are absurdly disgusting, tastes and feels like soggy cardboard. Pasta, ham and mushroom soup hits the spot. Porridge is good, but very very sweet tasting (use 160ml of water. 200ml is too much !). Gooey puddings are fantastic, better if you use a large cup, not a bowl. Almost all shakes are superb, with the exception of blueberry as well as hot chocolate and ginger. If you make your own pack, i highly advise a maximum of 2-3 packs of the same shakes. A large variety really helps keep you on track. I have 1 shake in the morning and a meal around 2pm. On Wednesdays i have a porridge as a breakfast treat addition, and on Fridays i have a pudding treat around 4pm. I eat normally at home, but am conscious of my portion sizes and food choices. Weight is coming off consistently.

Very Poor
1Very poor. Myself and my partner ordered two 6 week exante diet breakfast, lunch and dinner packs. Both packs are missing about half of what exante are advertising and what we paid for. List of missing products: 6x Exante Diet Almond Vanilla Shake, 6x Exante Diet Hot Chocolate & Ginger Shake, 3x Exante Diet Cherries and Berries Shake, 3x Exante Diet Blueberry Smoothie, 3x Exante Diet Chocolate Orange Shake, 3x Exante Diet Strawberry & Banana Smoothie, 6x Exante Diet Red Thai Chicken Soup, 6x Exante Diet Tomato & Basil Soup, 5x Exante Diet Apple & Cinnamon Porridge, 5x Exante Diet Porridge Oats, 4x Exante Diet Vanilla Cereal, 3x Exante Diet Tiramisu Dessert, 3x Exante Diet Apple Crumble and Custard Flavour Dessert, 4x Exante Diet Shepherds Pie, 1x Exante Diet Shaker Bottle. Have been try to get in touch with someone from there customer care team for over an hour with no luck.

1While l don't doubt you lose weight using this diet, I feel compelled to say that l ordered the 6 week plan and although it arrived promptly and well packaged, l only stomach it for 10 days as all the different components tasted absolutely awful. Sorry

5All the food is labelled clearly so you know what is what and a great selection of food and flavours I'm only two days in but it seems to be fine and filling

4I decided to try this diet as I need to loose one stone and have been really struggling to do so. I have just been on the diet for over a week and I must say It keeps you feeling full I am on TS. I really enjoy the bars especially the strawberry and yogurt its delicious. The pancakes are a must also the sweet and sour noodles slightly struggling with the water but managing around 2.5L per day.

5Easy to place the order and delivery was prompt. A large variety of meals were made available and although not all were to my liking, the majority were very tasty and filling. Instructions are clearly marked on each packet and easy to follow. The fact that choices are made for you and sent in bulk makes starting a diet so much easier!

Mixed diet pack
5I received my 6 week mixed diet pack today and I'm very impressed with the variety of products in the bundle.I can honestly say there is nothing in there that I'm not looking forwards to trying. My first meal tonight on the total solution plan was a pizza, I was pleasantly surprised with the dough base and topping! the base puffed up a little and settled when applying the topping, it was rustic looking & filling. I've done similar diets before . never had pizza or cupcakes :) and they were expensive in comparison with less variety of products. Impressed, thank you.:)

good results
4Most of the products are great- some not so good butyou soon get used to them and they begin to taste better. They help change your relationship with food which for me was a very positive step! The 8pound loss at the end of week one made every product taste better!!
