Lose weight fast
5I've been using Exante shakes & bars for about 3years. They have helped me to lose 5stone in that time. I have yet to find a flavour that I don't like and the new ones they come out with are really lovely. The range is so wide I can't see that you wouldn't be able to find some to suit you. A couple of times I've done what I call an " Exante week" every meal a shake/ bar or porridge for every meal. In that time I lose about 4lb, the providing I go back to 1 sensible meal a day and Exante for the other meals, the weight stays off. I would definitely recommend you try them if you want to lose weight sensibly and keep it off. I've dropped 4 dress sizes and although 3 years is quite a long time, its the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

A Must
5These shakes are a must and once you’ve tasted them I’m sure you’ll be reordering just like me. Amazing how they’re so easy to make. Could make them and put in flask and carry with you when you go out whether it’s to the town or to go for a walk Purchase - you won’t regret it. And of course there are so many other flavours so you’re spoilt for choice

5I’ve ordered from exante multiple times now, with April’s offer on I have placed 3 separate orders .. I’m now fully stocked up! My favourites are the coffee range and the cherries & berries ❤️ They taste amazing and are so quick and handy for me when I’m at work as I don’t often get a break! .. all of them are amazing with ice in them 😍
