I lost some weight with this diet and journey is on...... it's very hassle free, not time consuming, and good for people like me who have busy jobs and kids with hardly any time for separate meal preparation or planned shopping trips for diet meals because you're consumed in other things along with meal cooking for family...... No time to concentrate on yourself! Most of the meal replacements are so yummy, especially the bars and shakes they I actually crave and wait for the time to eat my next. If you want, one low carb meal is allowed and many ideas available to eat that if one wishes to. All diets need will power, so this isn't any different. However it takes away the hassle of extended time taken for preparing, organising, shopping and cooking nutritionally balanced meals as all the replacements give 100% of RDA. What more can anyone ask for.........just an ounce of willpower!

The flavour of these bars is ok - like a spicy hot cross bun, with lots of nutmeg and mixed spice. Unfortunately they are really sticky to eat, so not ideal for taking out and about with you.
