Honestly!
5Pour cold water in a bowl, stir the mix in, pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes stopping every 30 seconds to stir, it thickens up very nicely! I am not able to eat spicy food at all, my palate will not tolerate spicy food, to put it simply, when I order an Indian takeaway I only order a korma or a biryani….. This meal replacement is not spicy, it is just as mild as a korma in my opinion. It is my favourite out of everything I’ve tried (been on the diet for 8 weeks) I could easily and happily eat this 7 days of the week for dinner! Can’t praise this one enough, give it a go and thank me later! Deserves more than 5 stars!! (*Chefs kiss*)

Recipe change?
1The consistency/texture of the indian style curry has changed and is not as nice as it used to be - I couldn't eat it. Flavour is okay, but artificially hot compared to the flavour spice. Wouldn't recommend.

Wonderful results
5In the current age where the definition of how and when to know when you are full and should say ‘no’ for eating is not clearly known. People like me tend to over eat and gain weight. These food packets really helped me to shed that Extra weight and keep my weight on track. The options from exante is really awesome and tasty. I will be more than happy to recommend this product

Flavour bomb
5One of my favourite meals. Really full of flavour and a nice bit of spice with it but not too much. Really look forward to lunch when I know this is on the menu.

Tasty curry
5Just started this diet so got a good mixture. Just had the curry for lunch wow tasty way to make follow instructions exactly and hey presto you are in an Indian restaurant will have again definately

5This curry is absolutely delicious! Really flavoursome and spicy. Was a bit sceptical as of how it looks when prepared, but I was really impressed! Will be ordering a lot more!
