Tasty.
5Really good taste but I do like to add flavour such as spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs, anything that doesn't do too much harm!

Awful
1Was really looking forward to this meal first look out the packet and smell lovely but added water and prepared the smell I just couldn't stomache it! I tried to eat it but I couldn't stomache one spoon! Sorry not for me

Needs improvement
1Assumed this would be delicious like the shakes and bars. But I couldn’t eat it. Like baby food. Exante have got the drinks, bars and breakfasts right. But not this. Sorry

Italian or what!?
4For a diet replacement meal it works well. A nice creamy sauce that has a cheesy flavour and with real spaghetti. Sadly you're not getting as much spaghetti as it shows in the picture so I supplemented it with soybean spaghetti and that works a treat. A filling meal.Recommended Salt 2.08g per 52g packet. This is a third of your daily recommended salt intake, which is 6g (2.4g sodium). Which equates to about a teaspoon.

AWWFUL!!
1i thought this would be a nice tasty treat even with reduced portions however i could not even stand the smell and barely sustain one bite. will not be buying these again.....ever!!!

Carbonara come to mama
5This is a delicious meal replacement. I love the fact that it has some texture to it and as I feel like I'm on a liquid diet at times but I have these at least 2 or 3 times a week to add a savoury injection to my exante plan.

Gross
1This is the grossest thing I’ve tasted. No wonder people loose weight, they take one bite and then throw the rest in the bin, and it sticks to your taste buds all night. I added salt, pepper and garlic granules along with bacon and mushrooms. Still totally inedible, I actually prayed my daughter would leave her tea so I could finish it!

Awful!
1Being a newby to this diet, I was over the moon to find this little treasure in the box and was so looking forwards to trying it. How wrong can you be....it was that awful I only managed a couple of mouthfuls. It smells really nice but don't be deceived! It was very thick, (made as per the instructions), with a nasty powdery texture and equally as bad after taste. Disappointed is an understatement!

Horrid and bitter undertone
1The picture makes this look good but I was so disappointed. I don't understand how this can be made to taste so bad. Bitter after taste.
