I started these shakes for travel purposes as existing market shakes known to me previously did not do the trick keeping me full until mealtimes. I use them once or twice a day and its far better than grabbing an over bread sandwich with dubious filling . I have tried many shake products but this one comes out tops . After a a Caramel Frappe shake I’m good to go for hours . Don’t need to snake either . The fact that they are so easy to carry out and about helps too , I take my shaker with me and with a small bottle of water I’m good to go at any time of the day anywhere . I wish I’d found these shakes ages ago .
