Sooooo delicious!
5Just tried this Caramel Latte Frappe shake for the first time (only started Exante on Monday) and WOW it's delicious! I have a sweet tooth and like the occasional Caramel Latte and was worried that I wouldn't cope without having one for a while, but now I am happy as I get to have the flavour from this! Cannot wait to try all the other flavours now!

5I am a coffee girl and caramel So this is my go to every time for that fix I add a little Greek yogurt sometimes blitz it all together with ice and you would honestly think I was sat in a high street coffee bar enjoying something luxurious

5Im a coffee and caramel addict so this alternative is literally my go to every time. Sometimes I add a little greek yogurt for extra creamy consistency just so I feel im sat in costa 🥰 Really is just as good but without the calories

Caramel Latte Frappe
5This is my absolute favourite product. I look forward to having it. I sometimes add a teaspoon of coffee into it for an extra kick. Tastes smooth and hard to believe it's a diet product. With products like this it's easy to stick to the exante way....

DAY 1, MEAL 1
4Here we go... and although I do not drink coffees I also never normally have breakfast so I thought I would start with the Latte. It's quite nice! Not bad. I wouldn't say filling but then I am always starving by now and I am not. so it is definitely doing something to keep me motivated and ignore my colleagues biscuits this morning. If you're a latte drinker, I recommend it.
