Cherries and berries overnight oats!!
5I’ve been using exants shakes as It’s easy and quick and stops me eating sweets and chocolate. However found the morning shake wasn’t quite enough to keep me going until lunchtime. I tried mixing the shake in a jar with 1 handful of porridge oats and left in the fridge overnight to bulk. I know it’s not really part of the diet plan, but we all have to make it work for each individual. I have to say it is delicious tho!! Keeps me going till lunch. Have tried with a few other flavoured shakes like this and they all taste great, but this one is my favourite!!!!

4Cherry & Berry is not a shake flavour that is normally available so I was keen to try it. It was ok - not my favourite & slightly artificial tasting.

5Love these shakes all flavours are super taste haven’t lost much weight even saying that I am hooked on the shakes not keen on the meals but I’m super happy with the shakes thank you

One of the best
5I have tried most of the shakes on offer and found that the Cherries and Berries along with the Honeycomb ones to be the smoothest and most palatable. Others tend to be powdery and do not desolve very well even if left for 20-30 minutes - these 2 flavours desolve well and are very smooth - smoothies :0) They taste nice and the appetite suppressants in all Exante products work wonders - been on this diet for 2 weeks now and have not felt hungry at all! - Lost 7lb and 2" off my stomach in week 1! week 2 measure and weigh in tomorrow. Started at 15St. 1lb (6'0") with a 44" stomach (36" waist)
