I really like this shake. Its not just flavouring, it has actual bits of the berries in it. I always make it, with more liquid as I dont like it too thick, and I am not a lover of milky or dairy items. But this one for me is great. If you want it more creamy follow the instructions. I have a really large shaker, that I take to work with me. And make with the chilled water from our water machine.

I got the months worth of shakes, and out of all of them this was the worst, its far too sweet even though i love sweet stuff. It is sickly and i actually have given all the cherry&berry shakes to my sister as i can't bring myself to drink them. My favourite shakes were strawberry, banana, choc orange, choc mint which were all delicious and not sickly like this
