5This is by far my favourite shake!! Blended with a little ice it's soo thick, creamy and filling. I love this one because it's soo fruity it's just like a smoothie and perfect for warm sunny days to cool down and refreshing. This cannot be a diet :D xx

5As a treat I cheat and I add frozen cherries and berries from Tesco and Alpro coconut milk(40 cals for 200mls) and blend in my nutribullet. Tastes better than a McDonalds milk shake. It's really thick and creamy, very filling so I can only manage half and my daughter has the other half. Guilty pleasure but not. Reviews are all down to personal taste, but I do believe adding frozen fruits is the key to feeling fuller. I wonder if it's possible to make ice cream using an ice cream maker... Hmmmm might try

5I love these shakes , I make mine in the blender with a handful of ice, and I tell you their better than any shakes I have spent 3 or 4 pounds for

Artificial taste
1This shake was awful, Had a vile fake aftertaste that made me feel a bit sick. Won't order this one again. Thankfully most of the other shakes are lovely.
