4I round the shakes to be on the sweet side for me, although i must say they do exactly what they say they will do. Will consider less sweeter shakes next time

5This is a refreshing shake.I like to add less water and have it as smoothie on a spoon. I feel its more fuller and more satisfying and crave your sugars.This is why I love exante you can create your own delights in one packet.

Fresh and fruity
5Didn’t think I would enjoy this but the berries really give a lovely flavour just right for breakfast or lunch personally I will always use for breakfast as I like a sweeter one for lunch but if your looking for one to get your tastebuds going this will do just that!
