My morning boost
5I normally use this shake in the morning, cold with a teaspoonful of good-quality instant coffee, well mixed in a small shaker. Sometimes I mix it with some unsweetened almond milk, it helps when the occasional hunger pang materialises or when I feel I may not be able to stick to the plan otherwise. I have tried several protein drinks and diet shakes, but this one suits me as it is not too sweet.

Nice Tasting
3This is a nice tasting shake although even when made with ice, it's not thick enough for my liking. It makes a convenient breakfast when I don't have time for cooking.

Yummy Chocolate shake
5I love the chocolate shake. It's like a proper chocolate milk shake. I would drink them all day. I'd recommend anyone starting off to make sure to have a good supply of chocolate shakes.

5Chocolate one was my favourite shake - easy to make and tasted good - it makes it a lot easier to stick to the diet with tasty shakes

delicious chocolate shake
5This chocolate shake is the highlight of my day. I like it hot in the morning with a spoon of coffee in it. Its creamy and full of flavour...hard to believe it's helped me lose almost three stone. I love it!

New Chocolate Shake
1The recipe has changed for this & I am really disappointed. I loved the original chocolate shake as much to say that my last review on the chocolate shake was very very positive! They are just vile now & very chemical testing. In my personal opinion you've ruined it!
