Just absolute bliss in a glass
5Talking about Caramel Latte Frappe here lovely Exante people. I never ever thought that diet shakes could taste this good but those clever folks at Exante have obviously had their genius heads on and come up with this flavour. Sweet without being too sweet and just creamy enough to give that craving for something just a little bit luxurious but not laden with calories, a big kick out of the window. It surely ticks all the boxes for me. Drink it cold with plenty of ice and you have bliss in a glass all whilst loosing those unwanted pounds.

5Amazing flavour creamy taste especially as it's made with water which makes it even better for the diet I will always continue to buy, really recommend it.

Not great on its own
3Not great on its own but much nicer blended with water, lots of ice and a heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder which makes it taste like a Milky Way. The formula is different to the toffee caramel - and when made up for some reason seemed thinner and not as creamy or mentally satisfying. (I added coffee to the toffee caramel and that seemed to whizz up more frothy and I was stuffed for hours!) Lack of flavour on its own and the apparently thinner consistency means it only gets 3 stars. Right now it's not on my 'buy again' list.

5This,was the first exante shake I tried it's one of my favourites. A lovely creamy taste you c an really taste the cookies

Very flavoursome shake
5I wouldn't describe this as tasting like cookies and cream but it has a flavoursome taste. It is smooth and creamy and tastes like a treat, especially blended with ice to make a thicker, longer lasting product.

Amazing
5This is definitely amongst my favourite shakes. I like to add a shot of Beanies Cookie dough coffee and ice. I have to pace myself and not have this everyday. so it can remain a favourite.

Love it
5Love it. I think my top three are Cookies and Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Coconut... oh wait..I also like strawberry, choc mint choc orange, toffee caramel... the list goes on. I love the variety in the different flavours. Makes dieting easier. Will definitely get these again.

Bitter undertaste
1I wanted to love this one, I have only just started the diet so am reviewing as I try new flavours. I bought a few of these as these sounded great. it has two levels of flavour the cookies and cream which although sweet is ok but there is a dominant bitter almost metallic under taste thats really not pleasant. I certainly wont be buying these again.
