5Keep this in the fridge. When craving chocolate, take out, chop into small squares. Make a pot of tea. Enjoy. By my fourth square, my craving has gone. The tea quenches the thirst as well.

5Hi all, I’m 45 soon and have tried every diet ever written. My weight had literally stuck ! I visited the doctor who told me I had nothing to lose ( apart from the three stone, that was stuck ) So apart from the fact that my fostering social worker and fostering nurses saying my BMI was far to high and to lose weight. My doctor thought I was fine. Anyway I tried exante and can finally and happily say my weight is DROPPING OFF ! So this year I will be 3 stone lighter due to EXANTE ! Plus I am never ever hungry ! Thank you for this wonder plan xx

5This bar is a little slice from heaven. Feels like I’m being naughty munching on it. Definitely the only thing that keeps me on plan.

4When I first tried this bar I really didn’t like it - the texture was too soft and i just couldn’t finish it. However I then put the next one in the fridge beforehand - completely changed my opinion of it!
