Not what I expected
2The texture of the cookie was good but the smell and the flavour were not pleasant. I found it really difficult to eat and left some of it.

A shame
2Seeing as I love pretty much all Exante bars, its a shame about this one. Not a fan of the taste or texture of this one, compared to the deliciously different cookies and cream bar its no where near as good.

Good size cookie
4Good size cookie that def filled me up...not my favourite bar but not bad at all. Do agree with other reviewers about the saltiness.

Chocolatey, filling and tasty.
4I really likes this cookie, it was much denser than I thought it would be, but that made it more filling. It was nice and chocolately, although there is definitely that powdery, proteiny taste too. I used it to snack on throughout the day and found one or two small pieces at a time staved off hunger and sugar cravings. Very nice.

Not for me
1Won't be having any more of these. At first when I opened the packet and took my first bite I wasn't sure if it had gone off as it had quite a soft texture, for some reason I was expecting it to be more crunchy like a biscuit. From a taste point of view I really don't like these as they are too salty and, in my opinion, you can really tell it is a diet product. Saying that, I'm not keen on the diet bars either. On the plus side, it did make me drink more water as that was the only way I could manage to eat it.

Salty
2Was pleasantly surprised at how dense the cookie was, it was also quite chocolatey but half way through, a couple of bites almost made me gag due to extremely strong saltiness. As only a couple of bites were affected, I gave the cookie another go on a different day, it took me over an hour to finish as every bite salty (not as strong as last time), I have a couple left but will not eat them sadly.
