Interesting texture ....
2If you like Lemon, you may well like this offering. For me, I struggled to get it to look ANYTHING like the picture. A different of just a few seconds in the microwave means it goes from liquid to a cooked egg/dry texture very quickly. I do like Lemon so will persevere with this - hopefully I master it with the next attempt!

wow amazing taste
5this is my favourite flavour of all the puddings.Very simple to prepare and very Filling.The chocolate is nice too.Can't believe you can eat this and still loose weight amazing .

Lovely lemon overload
5If you love lemon flavoured foods you won't be disappointed with this. I prefer not to have mine gooey but that's my preference.

5I thought I would just try one of these in my monthly order and i REALLY wish that I'd bought more now! The pudding has a lovely lemon-sherbert taste, So good! I for one love Lemon drizzle cake normally but this is a good enough substitute! Lovely!
