Lovely taste just too spicy
3This is the first thing I have tried on the plan, it doesn’t look all that good when made up, however it does actually taste very nice, I’ve had to score it down though as it’s just too spicy and I found it hard to finish because of that. Maybe less spice so you can add your own if you want more

The best
5Very impressed with the Indian Style Curry. Adding a tiny amount of chilli powder made it the most satisfying of all Exante meals I've tried so far. I could live on them but can't because they've sold out!

Tasty!
5I absolutely love this meal, was so suprised how much flavour was in it for such a low calorie product. Was more than happy to eat this instead of what the rest of my family were eating

5One of my new favourites, added some mushroom to bulk it out as I have a physically demanding job and sometimes need a little bit more, not quite takeaway but definitely a good alternative

5The indian curry and rice is by far the best meal i have had on the vlcd diet it is filling and bursting with taste.

Heartburn alert!
2I gave a rating of two stars only because it is really filling. However I personally will not be purchasing this one again! I love spicy food but this was just too overwhelming with spices and I couldn't taste anything else. Then it left me with very bad heartburn.

Indian Style Yummy
5This one has to be my favourite! It's really hot, leaves me feeling like I've had a take out indian. And best of all, my hunger is satisfied after this one.

Curry indeed
4I tried my first pack and was blown away by the curry spices ... too much. Second pack I added sliced courgettes. Ahhh, better. The veg diluted the spices. If u love curry this is for u.

4One of my favourites, I only really have very few. Very spicy and tastes like an authentic curry....very good
