3I could take or leave this bar. It's not as lemony as I expected - the texture is good and with a crunch to it which meant I really felt like I had substance in the plan.

4This is s great flavoured lemon bar. I do like my lemon more tarte but on the whole a delicious, filling bar. Recommended!

5a Tasty and convenient bar, vey filling and certainly a meal replacement. I also use a shake for another meal. Interesting I had to have a medical which resulted in 4 pages of print outs from the my blood, the Doctor was amazed on my mineral and vitamins levels a near perfect balance with no low levels.

No Palm Oil
5This is one of four of my favourite bars, chewy, crunchy and tasty. Tastes like a cereal bar with crisp but not overpowering taste of lemon and an undercoating of yogurt. Plus, unlike other bars has no palm oil.

Pleasantly surprised
5The first bar I had on the diet - used as a snack for the fourth item of the day. Texture and taste just like any other cereal bar, and slightly larger than I'd expected. Meant that I wasn't desperate for my dinner by 5pm!

Lemon delicious
5I like all the bars but the lemon bar is yummy beyond belief. I adore them for breakfast!

Yummy!
5I am a big fan of these bars for breakfast. I used to really bad at eating breakfast - either not bothering and then eating too much for lunch, or having a naughty croissant. I really dislike porridge, yogurt and cereal, so this is a super convenient breakfast which stops me eating silly things. It's also super yummy - sweet, but not too sweet. Plus it fills you up. It really doesn't taste like diet food.

1Maybe it's just me, but I found this bar had a horrible taste. It was salty. I threw it away after one bite.
