Brilliant
5I ordered both these pancakes and the blueberry ones on a whim, and I was not disappointed at all. I've always just made two pancakes with my mix, though you could make more but smaller ones quite easily. I like my pancakes to cover most of the plate so I feel like I'm cheating with my breakfast. It can be a bit difficult getting the second pancake right, though and I've sometimes messed it up so it's a little more cooked than perfect, but still very perfectly enjoyable. The maple syrup pancakes are delicious and very filling and keep you going until lunch or early dinner. I eat the maple syrup pancakes on my days off, and have boggled friends who know I'm dieting whilst saying that I'm eating pancakes for breakfast.

5These are really yummy, although I do use the butterscotch sauce with them. Really easy to make and my Saturday morning breakfast treat.

Nice but first attempt a disaster!
4Prepared exactly as per instructions. Decided to make 2 pancakes and although the smell was lovely and they looked great, they decided to weld themselves to the frying pan! Managed to rescue some but there's obviously a knack to making these! What I rescued tasted really nice so I might buy again and have another go.

What a treat!
4My first attempt was a disaster- be sure to add exactly the right amount of water!! And use a good non stick fry pan with a spray of 1 cal oil. Now I've mastered it, I can get 4 tasty pancakes from the mix. Very nice too!

Pancakes
5These are excellent! Very filling. I can't believe I can eat these and still lose weight! Just be careful you don't add too much water or they can turn into a squishy mess!
