Quite nice
4Tasty, needs pepper and touch of salt to taste. Tip add a few tinned or frozen - obviously defrosted mushrooms.

Mushroom Soup
5I added a little white pepper to the soup & it was really really nice. The soup is quite thick and filling tasted just like it had come out of a tin. Have purchased 2 on my next order.

Not for me
2I love the shakes and the bars, but this mushroom soup wasn’t for me. I do like the Thai soup, so it comes down to personal taste. Overall I think the Exante diet is great. The wide selection of flavours is amazing and I am losing weight. What’s not to like.

4I haven't ordered the mushroom soup since the early Exante days were you could only buy set bundles which included mushroom as one of the four soups. I wasn't a great fan of that version but the recipe has been greatly improved since then. It tastes like mushroom, and although I'd like a few more mushroom bits in the soup, it was pretty good. I added plenty of freshly ground black pepper, and I also added a little salt. I will definitely be ordering more of these.
