LOVELY, another of my absolute favourites (if you have read my other reviews you will see that I am definitely a savoury kind of girl. AS with other pasta or rice dishes I find it needs a little more liquid and longer to leave before eating as it takes a while for the paste to expand (otherwise you the pasta is brittle). I often add hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes before microwaving, then leave another 10 mins before eating-that way the pasta is soft and DELICIOUS! Oh yes, YUMMY!

I have tried many VLCD soups, this is far and away the best. I think this is better than the pasta cabonara meal by miles. Its very rich, thick and tasty, in fact I had to add extra water to make it more soupy! I also add a few dried chives for flavour and colour. My only very slight criticism is that its a bit of a faff to make compared to ones that you just add hot water too which means its not really suitable to make at work. Very highly recommended from me.
