Awful texture
1Tried this yesterday, on day 1 of my TS diet - I was looking forward to the porridge but I was very disappointed. The only way I can describe it is like eating curdled milk and eggs! I can handle the flavour but not the texture. I really had to force myself to eat it, even using a glass of water to wash it down.

Yuck
1I normally love raspberry flavour products, but this isnt like porridge at all. Its like a spongy scrambled egg in texture, and very sweet in flavour. Its the texture that I cant stomach.

High Hopes, but didn't work for me
3I enjoy most of the products that Exante do, and I really like the Apple and Cinnamon and the plain porridge. So when I noticed they did a raspberry one too, I thought why not get a few in and mix it up a bit? Unfortunately I there's something different about this porridge than the other two options, maybe I've not worked out the exact way of making it yet (hence the extra star because it might just be down to me), but it just doesn't taste as good as the other porridge options. It could be that it's just too sweet for me, as other reviewers have also said, but it didn't make me think of raspberries when I was eating it either sadly. Sure it was edible, but I like to enjoy what I'm eating and hopefully even forget that I'm on a diet in the first place, sadly though this didn't work for me. So if you're tempted, maybe get one or two to try, and see if you like it first before you go for a substantial amount.

just ok
3I love porridge but this meal was about average. Not a fan of the raspberry..prefer mine syrup flavour or plain. Was very sweet and made mine with skimmed milk (over 50 and like the calcium) so it was creamy enough. Just a bit bland..but inoffensive.

Overall ok
3I liked the taste of the porridge, you can definitely taste the raspberry however when I first but the amount of water in it came out too runny of me so I think I will try reducing the water.

3Whilst the taste was very nice had to modify the ammount of water on using subsiquent packets as first one was not as creamy and consistency not expected of a porridge

Love it, but not like porridge
5I really do like this. I think I had taken to the sweeter Exante options. I have tried preparing it in different ways...I would say stick to the recommended way. I did it without as much water and it ended up like raspberry scrambled eggs... I think this ends up like a sweet raspberry soup, with bits of porridge oats in it...x
