My favourite
5From the moment I swirled the flavours around my mouth to guess the mystery shake, I could pinpoint it exactly as a childhood favourite. The fruitiness of the rhubarb tastes just like the sweet shop classic mixed with the mellow creaminess of the custard flavour. I could drink this every day (and I literally do!)

Rhubarb and custard shake
5If you like rhubarb and custard sweeties you will love this shake. What's just as important, it leaves you feeling full (like the rest of the shakes) and that's very important on a vlcd.

Actually does taste like R&C!
5Surprisingly delicious and creamy, it actually does taste like rhubarb and custard. :) And no nasty synthetic/chemical aftertaste. Love it!

Delicious! I lose nearly a pound a day!
5Love all of the shakes so far, including this one. Tastes really great and I've lost almost a lb a day since starting! That's on the Man Plan too! I have 3 shakes a day and a 200 calorie meal from the allowed list- brilliant! Just as effective as Cambridge plan, but a quarter of the cost; Hubby just does my weekly loss chart instead of a consultant. Perfect :)

4The smell was not that great didn't know what it was as said mystery flavour but when I made it it looked nice and smelt better And then a nice sweet rubarb taste came through the custard part the the flavour just was a bit of a powdery taste but above all great shake !!

Diet difference
5I can strongly recommend the Exante Diet to one and all. I have been successful in losing one and a half stone in a short amount of time. To keep me in check when I have strayed from sensible eating by indulging in too many parties and too many meals out, I find going back on this diet easy and rewarding. A low cost diet that can fit into anyone's life style! Highly recommend that you to can achieve your dream goal by following this simple diet plan. Enjoy!
