What I like about this bar is that it actually seems to keep me full for longer than any shake or hot meal I've tried in the exante range. I can also have it for breakfast or as a dessert as the jam is sweet enough to allow for it to be both. For me it's the best item in the whole range .

The strawberry jam and yoghurt bars are absolutely delicious. I find it incredible that they are so low in calories yet still have a really pleasant taste. I have to order more than I need as my husband keeps taking them for breakfast!

One of my absolute favouites, 220 calories of heavenly pleasure which tastes so naughty, it's not like a diet bar at all. The texture is great and has the consistancy of a cereal bar but with a delicious coating of strawberry jam and yogurt. Not too sweet and definately a treat that will keep those daily sugar cravings under control. Its got to be a must have on your order...........

Wow, I absolutely love these!!! by far my favourite. As with all diet bars they can sometimes be lacking in flavour and can be a bit samey....NOT with these, they taste lovely...a crunchy base with a yummy yoghurt coating and a generous layer of strawberry jam topping!!!!! I look forward to lunch when I have these!!!
