this is good
5tried this shake this morning and it was great. I put 200ml of water in my active blend container placed it in the freezer to go icy. took it out added my shake blitzed it and got a rally nice shake.

5I am very pleased with this it mixes easy, the taste is very nice, it is helping me with my weight loss in one month I have lost 8lb I would definitely recommend this product.
