Awful smell
1I couldn't eat this product because the smell was so awful and it made me want to throw up. I felt so sick ,I had to burn a candle just to get rid of the smell. I think I have to stick to the shakes!

4I approached this meal with trepidation, having read the one star reviews, however, I was surprised, it was fine..creamy and spicy.. and filling..this is what a VLCD meal replacement is supposed to be..filling, with all the necessary nutrients to prevent us from becoming hungry and fall off the wagon. 4 stars from me.

wow suprised me!
4Got this free when I ordered shakes. Im on my 3rd day doing total solution and have come down with the flu. I was dying for something savoury and warm so instead of giving in I decided to this. I was skeptical at first given the reviews but I opened the packet and was pleasantly suprised at the smell. The taste is lovely, lots of different spices coming through and actually spicy! The only downside is the texture is like slop and the rice was slightly crunchy. Also didn't look like the photo online. Overall, filling and tasty.

1A pretty horrendous experience. One forkful and straight down the toilet. Luckily it was a freebie!

Mush
1I've been a fan of all the bars and shakes so decided to try the savory meals. This was the first, took one mouthful and binned. Thankfully bought on an offer so don't feel too guilty throwing 3 away. Slightly jubious about trying the chilli and Thai green curry now though.

Tasty
4Like previous reviewer this was my first replacement meal. I found it tasty and spicy and wasn't put off by the consistency at all. Much better than I expected.

Surprisingly spicy
4This was my first meal, as I typically stick to the shakes.. It's not really green curry flavour but spicy and a good change. The texture is odd, but I'm sure that I will get used to it.
