5This shake is one of my faves, making with Ice cold water and a couple of cubes of ice is an absolute must as it's not so nice warmed up. But it's creamy and sweet and so filling.

Exante diet toffee carmel shake
5Ohhhh where to start....I'm a guy....a guy who used to eat huge portions....seen man v food.....that's me....I started this diet 8 days ago now and I have lost 11lb......yip 11lb.I must confess I hated eating in the morning but by 11am make sure the cows were locked up becouse I was ravenous, but every day I start off on an exante diet shake I was very sceptical about them satisfying me but I was suprised....no hunger pangs....my favourite was the toffee carmel shake....Iv not got a sweet tooth but this get the taste buds going it's a nice smooth toffee taste that I make in my shaker....30s and you've made your breakfast how can you beat that..but don't take my word for it try it

Best ever
5Tried this with finely crushed ice and it was better than any other milkshake I've ever made! My daughter who is 9 stone loves it and has asked me to buy her 12 packets!!

Not bad at all
4Surprisingly nice tasting . Not my favourite out of the ones i have tried but that is only because I prefer the fruiter tasting ones . But if you love Carmel then you will love this shake especially with ice cold water .

authentic taste
5Glad I tried this ! Sometimes, other diet shakes don't necessarily taste like the flavour they purport to be. However, I haven't found this to be the case with exante shakes. This shake in particular has a lovely creamy toffee / caramel taste, without being ridiculously sweet. It makes a lovely long drink, and so I've started having it for breakfast. The refreshing, tasty, authentic flavour is a great start to the day, and keeps me full till lunchtime. Highly recommended.
