least favourite shake
1This has a strange texture and even when only using 200ml of water was very thin in consistency .it also has a strange almost plastic smell to it .I much prefer the choc and strawberry ones much tastier . will not be buying this again : (

wouldnt recommend
2Good smell & flavour, but even when mixing with a blender you got gelatinous deposits in the shake, giving a weird texture.

5Tastes exactly as you'd hope. Really creamy. My tip is to use a hand blender to mix the powder and water- so much nicer texture wise than shaking it. Promise!!! The beauty of these shakes is that many can be mixed with something else to create a new flavour. Try adding this one with a shot of coffee (mix granuals with hot water to make a paste and add to shake) to make a caramel coffee shake!! The shakes exceed all the other products, I'm finding myself looking forward breakfast every day so I can get my shake down me! Wonderful. I've lost 3lbs since Wedsnesday (it's Friday) and I've been eating breakfast/lunch exante the a healthy low carb meal for dinner. I'm so happy x

5This is beautiful. My favourite way to have this is to blend it with ice and coffee in my blender. That truly is gorgeous like my own special frappuccino! A real pleasure, a real delight!

5Really happy , with the products and quickly loosing weight , feeling healthy and fit and everything Tastes so nice , just like Real food . Also not feeling hungry either which was my main concern from a diet
