Quick and tasty
4This is so quick to make using just cold water which is perfect for busy mornings. It's quite sweet which is great for me as I usually have pastries and cakes for breakfast (hence why I need to diet now) and when I have this for breakfast, i pour a little bit of the liquid into my usually black coffee as an extra little treat! :-D Who needs a latte! ;-)

4Its quite sweet, almost sickly, and the cereal itself is quite chewy rather than the crunchy i was hoping for! But totally edible.

Disappointing
1Fancied a change from bars & shakes so ordered one pack to try. Made it up following the instructions which resulted in a watery, exceptionally sweet liquid with bits of cardboard like 'cereal' floating in it. If you like the sweetness of things like frosties then give it a go. If you want to feel full & satisfied after eating then give it a miss.

5If you want something nice and sweet in the morning this is the best cereal! I would eat this even if I wasn't on the exante diet, so easy to take with you to work if you're on the go. so yummy!

Frosties and Full Fat Milk
5Was eager to try a cold breakfast on the hottest day of the year, and was not disappointed! The Vanilla and the flakes taste absolutely great together. Gives a sweet kick for mornings when thoughts of straying from the plan are attempting to sneak into my mind. Tasty and filling. 5*

2This does taste of vanilla and has some small crispy corn flakes in it, so it is well described. I suppose because it is diet food it does not purport to be really tatsy, so it's a means to an end.
