Best of the shakes for me
4I do not have a sweet tooth but it's nice to have a shake for a change midday. I found this to be the best so far although I won't be trying any others than the strawberry as I don't much like chocolate and the coconut was awful.

AMAZING
5I hate shakes normally, so coming onto the VLCD plan was a brave step. When I picked up the vanilla shake for my Sunday morning breakfast I was dreading it. I thought I was going to get that powdery, artificial taste that I associate with another well known but sugary brand and also with some protein shake companies. BUT this shake was mindblowingly amazing. I nearly chugged it straight down it was just so good. It was like someone had scooped vanilla ice cream in. I loved how sweet it was because it fixed the sugar cravings I always get at the start of a new diet. It was just beautiful and I ordered more straight away to replace some of the more horrible evening meals.

5This is my favourite shake out of the, all because I can do so much with it! I've combined it with all the different flavour coffees that Exante sell with ice in my nutribullet and it takes lush! This will always be the first thing I drink in the mornings!

Just perfect
5I prefer the shakes with really cold water, luke warm water makes them less tasty! I start every day with a vanilla shake - it's really tasty & I'm a big fan of the flavour.

NIce hot with cinnamon
4I used to find this very bland, but now I drink it hot and I love it. Okay, it isn't quite as creamy as the old version before Exante went Gluten free (which is why I am making it 4 stars rather than 5), but give it a blitz with a hand held blender stick (in a container taller than your cup) and it's great. I joined the Exante group on Minimins a few years ago and people were recommending having the vanilla shake hot with coffee granules and artificial sweetener as a latte. I prefer my coffee black, so it wasn't for me. However I tried it hot with a quarter to a half teaspoon of cinnamon and maybe the tiniest bit of sweetener and it is absolutely delicious. Even better cinnamon is really good for you. I tend to use a bit more water than the standard amount for the cold shake, which is why the cinnamon amount differs. Quarter teaspoon for standard 200ml, half a feaspoon for 400ml and just a pinch of sweetener for the 400ml version.

Nice, but nicer flavours.
4Love all these shakes but I feel out of them all vanilla has the least flavour. However, it tastes absolutely delicious with a bit of coffee added to it. So I used the vanillas as part of my morning caffeine fix.
