Sweet and filling
4This is easily one of my favourite bars. It s sweet which gets rid of my sugar cravings and is filling as it takes time to eat. Along with a bottle of fizzy water it makes a satisfying meal replacement.

A little dry
3Flavour is fine, pretty sugary which feels like a down side as it seems to be held together with syrup but overall i personally found it a little too dry - its just the consistency of the rice type pieces. Reminded me a bit of a Tracker Bar - i never liked the consistency of those either :)

Love it
5Bars are extremely convenient when you are out, and I find they do stop me from being hungry. If you like these ingredients you should love these bars. They taste as they should and make you feel like you bought as candy bar or treat from a cake store. The only one that tops this in my book is the strawberry jam and yogurt crunch bar.

Its a piece of cake
5I am now into my 4th month of the Exante diet and i have to say its been an amazing journey with to date a 33 lb weigh loss, the diet is simple and effective , so much so i have introduced 3 other people to the diet of which all have had successful weight loss.For me the Shakes , smoothies and bars are my favorites , they seem to be more effective for me , all of the shakes are full of flavor and i love them all , they are a great start to the day for a busy early starter and keep you feeling full well into lunch time , my favorite bar is the chocolate caramel crunch, that feels like a real treat when i have one and i enjoy every mouthful.i have to say i have found the diet really easy and for anyone whose thinking they cannot do it ,have a go honestly its the best move and decision you will make .

3It was so good to eat something solid. Tastes quiet nice and nice texture. You can tell its a diet bar, it has a tang of something, however it is nice.
