Vile
1Absolutely disgusting,! Tastes nothing like a cookie. Had to force it down with a massive amount of water, as it is like chewing cardboard, couldn’t even finish it and left me feeling quite sick. Bought 5 so the other 4 went in the bin.

1Absolutely fowl!!! Really had to choke it down and I am not fussy by any means. Literally nothing good about it.

Avoid at all costs
1Horrible! Has a weird baking soda/sweetener taste to it. Feels like your tongue is tingling when you eat it and it absolutely stinks! I left the remains on the side and even the dog- who usually steals and eats everything and anything he can, wouldn’t touch it. I bought 3 and the other 2 will be going in the bin

Yuk
1This 'cookie' can only be described as yuk. I believe this is what Mockolate (the fake chocolate the character Monica from the tv show Friends is asked to make up recipes for in one of the episodes) tastes like. I was expecting a crumbly cookie and what I got was a soft paste with a salty aspartame fake sugar taste. Really disappointed. I had ordered these after trying the similar Mockolate tasting peanut butter bars. Which I have been forcing myself to eat because I paid for them. Please, Extante understand that we don't all want 'sweet' tasting bars. I would prefer something more like a Tracker bar or Nature bar. I don't know why they keep putting so much sweeter in everything when they are supposed to be helping change bad food habits. And please don't advertise as a cookie then give us paste. on a positive note, I have found the lemon and yoghurt bars quite palatable.

Very odd taste
2This is only my third day on Exante and I have, therefore, not tried many bars but I have to say I found the maple and pecan one very nice ; quite thick but tasty. This white chocolate and raspberry "cookie", however, is more soft and has a really strange aftertaste (as others have said). I find it quite unpalatable as it is very salty, too as you chew it. I am struggling to eat it right now but as I don't want to waste the meal, I will persevere. I have thoroughly enjoyed the shakes but this just doesn't taste like food to me. As one other person said, it is so salty-tasting that it does make you drink a lot of water so there is a silver lining. It does fill you up, too, which I suppose is its purpose!

4This product is great, I miss the chocolate version, but its easy to eat and goes great with a black coffee. Also curbs the sugar craving

Cookie-tastic
5I love all the cookies....and they're even better slightly warmed up. I enjoyed this as it's soft and squishy and I loved the white chocolate chips. They're slightly salty and I always seem to need a lot of water after these (not a bad thing!).

aftertaste
1Horrid aftertaste - bitter and very strong taste of artificial sweeteners I was almost sick eating it to be honest and will have to chuck the rest of them Only my second bar and dont like either

Awful
1I personally thought this was awful. The packaging certainly sells this product and taking it out of the packaging it looks and feels a substantial meal replacement product. The texture is not a cookie but a cake. It does look delicious!! The taste however is very very bitter and a huge aftertaste kick. I'm trying all the products, but this one won't be reordered.

Not nice
2I thought I'd give the bars/cookies one more try, I don't know why I thought this one would be different. It is soft like cake, not cookie like at all. and has the unmistakeable Exante aftertaste.
