Have tried this bar and I must say it's lovely. A lot better then the chocolate caramel crunch which I found nasty. This raspberry bar has left slight after taste in my mouth but over all it was good and filled me up.

So easy to throw in your bag for a busy day at work, this bar really satisfies a craving for something chewy and sweet on a VLCD! It's dense enough to really fill you up for a good while; I whole heartedly recommend it!

I have only just started this diet and I ordered several items to try as I've recently tried the Cambridge diet and thought nothing could beat their bars but I was so wrong. I adore the raspberry and white choc as well as the strawberry jam and yoghurt, they are a bit bigger as well so that's a bonus. I would recommend these bars to anyone unsure.
