This introductory 3 day box will introduce you to the flavours and food from Xante. I have to say that the shakes and protein bars were very tasty. It made the process easier and it's nice not having to worry about preparing meals as it's all there! The meal replacements were also a nice contrast as it is good to have a savoury option too.
