5I love these, 3 in the morning and I have energy for the whole day, they don't burn your stomach or make you shake like some other brands do so you can keep taking them and on an empty stomach too. Great product and easy to swallow.

Doesn’t work.
1I’ve used exante a few times before and seen these new shiny capsules. The name itself I thought brilliant! However I have been using them for a few weeks now. And they don’t work. I thought maybe it takes a while to see a difference. But they do not work. :-(

3I've been taking these for just over 2 weeks now and not really noticed much difference, but like anything it can take time to work, here's hoping , I love exante products esp the bars, such a easy on the go diet,

Ultimate metabolism
5Ordered these alongside the shakes, took 3 first thing on an empty stomach with a glass of water. Found the 1st couple of days hard as I wasn't used to high caffeine content in one go, now I feel like I have so much energy on them and don't have that afternoon slump I would have before taking these.

4Hi i started these about 10 days ago and i can honestly say iv got more energy then i did have so i will continue with them and hope a weight loss comes with it as well

5I have tried every kind of shake and love all of them , I also recently purchased ultimate metabolism and find them really great they give me way more energy and help with hunger pangs I don’t get them any more! So these will be part of my daily routine now ... my favourite is lemon cheesecake shake and love sweet sour noodles to can’t thank this company enough thank you all X

5I love the products in ex-ante I started this journey to lose my weight to make my body better and for myself self-esteem to give my self-confidence I not saying its an easy journey with the motivation and keeping your mind in that focused place keep going to reach your goal if its small loss or big it doesn't make any difference you are achieving our weight loss to get to that dream at the end of the tunnel I have a long way to go with focus and determination we will all get there we have bad days and good days we are only human we will achieve this
