Q: What made you decide to lose weight? A: I wanted to lose weight before I turned 50 in January. I have been yo-yo dieting for years, you name it I have tried it, but this was the first weight loss plan I stuck to!
Q: What have you learnt during your weight loss journey with Exante? A: That you are not really hungry, you are thirsty! I also learnt that by reducing the sugar and carbs in my diet my cravings disappear.
Q: How did your plan fit into your lifestyle? A: The plan worked perfectly for me as I would make a shake blended with ice for breakfast ice, I took a bar to work then I would have a low carb cooked meal at home.
Q: When did you first notice a difference? A: I first noticed a change after about 2 weeks.
Q: How has your life changed since losing weight? A: I joined the gym again, increased my activity and overall I am just a lot happier and more confident than ever before!
