I was so skeptical about the milkshakes but they are lovely. It is a light chocolate taste and doesn't taste fake like some diet products. I only use the shake and go bottles as they are handy when I'm rushing around at work.

these shakes are easy to sip down before rushing to work in the morning. They taste good and fill you up until the next replacement meal is due

I look forward to my lunch time milkshake. I have been replacing my lunch with the milkshake for a while now and I can honestly say I do not get hungry. It is also convenient as I take my bottle and 200ml of water to work, when I am ready for lunch, I fill up the provided bottle with water, shake it and presto lunch is ready. So convenient.

The flavor is OK and it does make me feel full up but I prefer when you use the exante milkshake blender cup. The milkshake does not mix very good while in the bottle. Also it would be great if the bottles had a mark for customers to easily know were to fill them up to as if you are on the go... you cant get a measuring jug to measure the water required.

I had previously tried the strawberry shakes and really liked them so decided to try these. I still prefer the strawberry ones but these are good. They don't seem to mix quite as well though. Great product and easy to do.

very practical

Chocolate Shake and go suits me very well as I take them along to work and dont have to think about to take a shaker along. I love the taste. Often I add a teaspoon of Nescafe and get a delicious Mokka out of it. The only downside of the Shake and go is, that it sometimes leaves lumps but otherwise they are great!:)
