Tastes great!
4Tastes great, super convenient but it is hard to shake them enough to get all of the lumps out. If you need a shake in a hurry these are the things for you.

5These pre bottled shakes are brill, especially for taking out or to work, just add the water and shake. Fab !

4I don't normally like chocolate shakes, so I wasn't sure I would like this at all! I was wrong!!!!!! It's lovely, very thick & creamy, I do have my chocolate shakes warm, as it reminds me of a nice hot chocolate!

Choc shakes
3Initially I found the Chocolate Shake and Go a little too sweet, however they do keep hunger at bay. I would buy these again as they are available online and I'm on my third day and have lost 3lb which is a good start!

So simple
5I love the chocolate shakes from Exante and these Chocolate Shake and Go are even better. No fuss and easy to fill up and drink at work. If you check out the level of water needed on the bottle at home there is no need to measure when you are out and about - I even managed to pop a spoonful of coffee in there for a mocha and there are no lumps as it mixes really well!
