Delicious
5On recommendation from a friend I purchased the shakes using a group on offer. I am on day 3 and have found all 4 flavours (Chocolate, Banana, Vanilla,Strawberry) delicious. I will be continuing with just shakes for another week then I will buy some other products to try.

It works
5I have tried a lot of diets and nothing has worked. My sister suggested exante and the results where amazing in just one week. The shakes are amazing they taste like the ones you get from a takeaway and they are very filling I have tried only a few of the meals and so far have not found one I didn't enjoy. Thanks exante for making such amazing products I will definitely recommend exante to a friend x

pointless
1This booklet is nothing more than all the information you poor over before deciding which are the best products for you to purchase and the best programme for you to follow. In my head it was going to be some sort of weekly diet plan you could populate with hints and tips about staying on track, snacks to reach for insted of a cake and what not. there is no new information in this booklet, it is a waste of paper and trees and could be something full of advice and help, sucess stories.

Good for reference
4Handy to have in the cupboard for reference, but to be honest found most info I needed on the website and printed a few pages off to keep. Would have been helpful to have the allowable extras i.e coke zero, oxo etc in the booklet for quick reference

5I've been using cambridge diet for a few years ( on and off ) and find this to be just as good, shakes are ace less sweet that those on cambridge. Lost half a stone in a week
