First order
5I am new to Exante, I received my first parcel quickly and I am impressed with what I received. The flavours are pretty good and I don't feel hungry between pouches/snacks. I ordered 2 of the gluten free boxes and the mix received was great, not all vlcd offer this option. I will no doubt be ordering more in a few weeks time.

fab weightloss
4I've been on the diet now for 10 days and lost 12 lbs and feel great. The diet is easy to stick to and I don't feel hungry after a meals. The Facebook group offers really good support. The only down side is after a while your mouth tastes awful but nothing a mouth fresher won't sort out.

Handy Booklet
5Well there it is a simple way to diet just follow what it says and you can't go wrong.. Only now its up to me to make it work and as Im doing the Working diet I am finding it easier than expected-- with a few blips like meals out and eating a Apple sponge which I surely shouldn't ! Well a much smaller portion than normal!. I find the Forum useful and the other parts of the website -I need to sit down and look at.

5A while ago a friend introduced me to exacte. At first I turned my nose up and said how ridiculous 600 calories a day diet was and she was stupid..... I now realise I was the stupid one! I've never ever felt so healthy and happy. I go to the gym 5 days a week so exante had the perfect answer. Working solution its a dream! I've lost 10lb and 3 inches of my waist in 2 weeks! I'd even stuck for months! The website is fantastic, delivery was amazingly fast and I also gained huge support from the official exante Facebook group. Before I tried exante I thought it was quite expensive, now I know it's priceless!
