Tasty
4This meal is really tasty and surprisingly filling. The texture is good and it's a bowl of comfort food at the end of a working day. I'm on a 4 week plan at the moment, and of the 4 main meal selection I purchased from the 4 week pick, this is definitely the one I look forward to the most. So far, I've lost 9 pounds in less than 2 weeks using Exante. Already I can feel some benefits apart from the weight loss. Much less pain in my knees, my clothes fit so much better, my skin and hair is better and I'm sleeping like a log! My appetite has reduced considerably, and I'm not craving unhealthy food any more. Onwards and upwards, or should I say downwards!!

One of my favourites
4Looks absolutely awful but tastes really nice. I sometimes break all the rules (what a rebel!) and have it with a bit of green veg on the side. Lovely.

Good substitute for the real thing
5Shepherds pie is a home cooked favourite of mine and this is a really enjoyable substitute for an evening meal. Tastes good and the baby food texture some people describe doesn't bother me, definitely satisfying as a last meal of the day

Needs salt!!!
4Overall it was very tasty, and a welcome warm savoury meal after having shakes. I would definitely buy regulary as although it does needs salt and pepper, or any flavourings added, the texture is ok and although a generous dollop of mash would be nice (!), it was a welcome tasty change and a welcome belly filling meal after a long day.

5I absolutely love the shepherds pie. I have it for lunch every day. A sprinkle of pepper and ready to go. YUM yum yum. One of my favourites 

4This looks like dog food when taken out the microwave but actually tastes really good!! Would buy again

3It doesn't look at all pleasant when you take it out of the microwave, it doesn't taste like shepherds pie to me, however, it is edible and I added a mixture of vegetables with it, which made the meal very fulfilling.

love it !
5first try at this .. just had the shepards pie. emptied the mix in the bowl, added my hot water and whacked in microwave for one min in total.. came out looking like shepards pie filling- looks like baby food, but tastes yummy.. consodering its diet food im impressed, iv just started exante and having 3 meal replacements and then one meal of ' normal ' healthy food at night, i didnt add any seasoning and it was nice enough for me as it was but next time i will add a touch of salt, looking forward to tasting the others over next few days
