4The potatoes really stick out, and you can feel like eating real food. portion to small though.

tasty but portion too small
4I am on my first day, second meal, so maybe the portion part has not quite kicked in, but I really thought it was yummy. it has texture, and feels like real food.

Yumtastic
5Shepherd's Pie has always been my guilty pleasure and this has really made me feel guilty afterwards - purely because of how full I was! It really did not feel like I was eating a meal replacement product and I can see myself buying this even when I have reached my goal as it has the taste and consistency of comfort food without the excess carbs and calories. Thank you Exante!
