Horrible
1I purchased a number pack to get a variety and flavour and this is by far the worst item (but the shephards pie is a close 2nd). It looks nothing like the photo and there are about 2 noodles in it thus making it a bowl of mush. A positive is that is taste OK if you can get past the consistency of it and it does keep you full as described on the 4 meal a day plan.

3Im not too keen om this i much prefer shepards pie. Im used to nice a homemade savoury spag bol so this it pretty bland in comparison.

4Really authentic bologna use flavour- does not taste like typical diet food. Highly recommended.

Bland
2I was disappointed with the product...tasted a bit like cardboard. However it was slightly better than the sheperds pie. I did force myself to eat it, because I was sticking to the plan & I did lose weight.

Great flavour
4I would recommend this - it's got a great flavour, and nice to feel like you're actually eating something. Tiny pieces of spaghetti makes it just perfect! definitely one of my favourites

5It is my favourite. Good taste and consistency and portion size. It is really filling.

not so good
2Not as nice as the porridge, texture is ok but the taste is very bland. I'm not going to buy any more of these. I'd rather just have a shake.

OMG Yummy x
5I was apprehensive before trying this meal being a lover of Italian cooking. I thought this meal was delicious. I actually got excited about having the Spag Bol on certain days and would definitely say it helped me stay on the plan because it was so yummy x
