Fantastic Diet Pack
5This pack is fantastic with a huge variety of creamy delicious shakes that are All gluten free! The coconut and the banana flavours are my favourite but there are none I especially dislike. I mix them up in 10 seconds with my hand blender and there are no lumps or nasty aftertaste I'm only replacing 2meals a day due to the medication I'm on but the shakes are great for keeping me satisfied and after a week I've definitely lost inches. It might take me longer to get to target but I won't get bored with the variety of flavours

Exante gluten free
5Bought when on offer as I prefer shakes when following total solution, this had a lot of variety to keep me motivated. Nearly all the shakes have a lovely creamy consistency and are even better if blended with a little ice too! The only ones I found to be a little less thick and creamy is the toffee caramel one but that not a huge problem as there isn't loads of those. Other than that I am really pleased with my purchase, having lost 1st 3lbs in my first 3 weeks! I have tried other vlcd plans from other companies but always return to Exante as a brand I can trust.

Best value and taste
5I love that these are gluten free and the variety on the flavours is great. Mixed with cold water I find I prefer 250-300mls ,for taste and consistency, which makes a delicious creamy shake. If you wait a minute or two then shake again I find they are mixed and creamy. I'm more in love with some flavours than others, but even my least favourite are palatable. If you want a chew, get raw carrots, cucumber, rice cakes and celery. Follow me on social media aka Milkymoles for inspiration and motivation

Gluten free Diet packs
5I bought the normal diet pack and I used to get bloated and struggled to keep up with fitness regime,as at the end of the day I was looking like 7month pregnant , I am not someone who need to take gluten free diet but I thought of trying the gluten free and it's one of the best thing I did.its really good and no more bloating.

5th week
4I had 8lb to lose, managed to lose 4lb the first week the everything slowed down so I'm finding the last 4lbs hard going. I'm quite active but obviously need to do something different. I will stick with it as I gave myself 2 months to lose the excess weight so still have another 3 weeks to shift it.
